Replace your restrictive factory heater grid with the Grid Heater Delete, engineered to unlock significant airflow gains for your 2007.5-2024 Cummins. The fully pocketed design and 120% larger inlet deliver enhanced cylinder charging with every combustion cycle. Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. Independent flow bench testing by Central Florida Machine & Speed confirmed a substantial 132 CFM improvement over factory specifications—jumping from 396 CFM to 528 CFM at identical inlet pressures. Note: Choose Normal Pickup for 2007.5–2024 Ram 2500/3500 pickups. Cab & chassis trucks (Ram 3500, 4500 and 5500) carry the MAP sensor in the grid heater plate itself — choose Cab Chassis.
